Student Support Questionnaire – Important Information

You are strongly encouraged to complete this questionnaire to ensure we can provide you with the most appropriate and informed support. It is essential that this is completed before starting your course, so any required arrangements can be put in place ahead of September.

All information provided is confidential and will only be accessed by designated Student Support staff. Your responses will be stored securely and deleted once your course is complete. Information will only be shared with other parties with your consent.

The more detail you provide, the better equipped we will be to understand and support your individual needs. Our aim is to ensure that no student is placed at an unfair disadvantage and that appropriate support is in place where needed.

Funding Information

• Funding is for this academic year only and can not be backdated to previous years.
• During peak times and the high volume of applications, the assessment period can take 4 - 6 weeks.

While your application is being assessed, we recommend purchasing your bus pass and any required equipment. If your application is approved, eligible costs may be reimbursed depending on your level of entitlement.
