You are strongly encouraged to complete this questionnaire to ensure we offer you the most informed support possible. Even if certain criteria don’t apply to you, it is essential to fill out the questionnaire before commencing your course so we can arrange support for you prior to September.

The questionnaire is confidential, with only designated Student Services staff having access to it. Responses will be stored electronically and deleted upon completion of your course. Information will be shared with other parties only with your consent.

The more details we receive, the better equipped we are to address the specific needs of our students. We aim to provide support and information wherever it’s needed. Your input can assist us in making arrangements to prevent any unfair disadvantages.
